Sergeant (Wireless Observer) Keith Bridgland Vivian 27613 of Number 4 Squadron was accidentally shot at Albury, NSW - he was the son of Herbert and Daisy Alice Vivian of Glenelg

4SQN was stationed at Canberra aerodrome operating Wirraway aircraft for army cooperation duties.  From 28 April 1942 to 4 May 1942 a detachment was in Albury to demonstrate tactics to Army 3rd Division Corps HQ
