Son of Frederick Thomas Broomhead and Muriel Eleanor Broomhead, of Flinders Park, South Australia.

HE DIED TO LIVE

Mrs. M. E. Broomhead, of Flinders Park, has been notified that her eldest son, LAC David Alfred Broomhead, died in the Royal Naval Hospital, Plymouth, England, on April 4.
He joined the RAAF in 1939 and left Australia as a sergeant pay clerk in January, 1944. His brother is a SBA in the RAN.
