Frank Percival Edwards was a fireman born in Quorn, South Australia, around May 1890. Frank served in the AIF in 1916 when he was 25 years old.

His unit embarked from Adelaide, South Australia, on board HMAT A70 Ballarat on the 12th of August 1916, Then returned to Australia 22nd of May 1919.

He was married to Sarah Matilda Edwards, who he had a son with named Keith C Edwards who was born in 1925. Frank Percival died at age 81, 28th of August 1971, and is now buried at Dudley Park Cemetery along with his wife and son.
