Son of George Leslie Chittleborough and Mary Sutherland.
Had his identity stolen in 1944 by a man called Harold Stitt who was found to have Douglass' papers on him when arrested.
The night of his passing he had attended a party. He was left alone in the back of a ute and was later found passed away. The local coroner deemed an inquest was not required.
