His parents were William Frederick SCOTTNEY-TURBILL & Lilian Elizabeth DENSLEY who married in Norwood, South Australia on 25th December, 1897
He married Dulcie Edna WILLIAMS
Ralph died on 28th April, 1973 and was cremated at Glen Osmond Anglican Cemetery in South Australia
