Archibold Prescott Skinner was awarded a life membership of the RSL he was prosed by the Bordertown sub branch. From 1946 to 1980 he sreved on the committee, serving as President in 1964. He also chaired the house committee. He helped rebuil the club rooms both in time and materials he continued this role by maintaining the rooms.. He purchased the represhments for thwe club. While head office was raising money for ANZAC House he subscribed for 14 years. Archibold was chairman of the Childrens Christmas paries.
In Bordertown he was on the Swimming pool committee. He worked supplying truck and trailer for the xmas pageant raising money for the Bordertown Hospital.
