3/12/1944   embarked onboard Shanee at Brisbane
3/12/1944   disembarked at Torokina, Bougainville

Described on enlisting as 21 yrs 4mths old; single; 5' 11" tall; blue eyes;
fair complexion; brown hair; Church of England

2/2/1945     enlisted into WWII at Wirrabarra, South Australia
                  as a Private with 47 Australian Infantry Battalion

19/10/1945  transferred ou to 37/52 Aust Infantry Battalion

3/12/1945    transferred in from 47th Australian Infantry Battalion, Bougainville
