Son of Mr A E LOWE of 2 Keith Street, Port Pirie, SA. Married with one daughter, Arthur was residing at 159 Senate Road Port Pirie. Educated at Port Pirie Public and High School he took a keen interest in Lacrosse. In civil life he was a painter at the B.H.A. Smelters, Port Pirie, prior to enlisting in September 1941. He served in the Middle East with the R.A.E.
