Mrs TT Ainsworth, SFX11650 Staff Sister, 2/2 General Hospital. Joined the Returned Sister Sub Branch in 1944. She served on the executive as President 1963-64, Secretary 1955-60, Committee 1961-62, Liaison Officer War Veterans Homes for 2 years. For the RSL SA she was a member of the Girl in a Million in 1967; ANZAC Rememberance Appeal Organising Committee; War veterans Homes General Committee. War Veterans Homes Sewing Guild 4 Years; Service Canteen Trust Fund Regional Welfare Committee 10 years. She also served on the Women's Memorial Playing Field Trust 1967-68.
Her Community base activities include serving on the Marriage Guidance Council for 5 years, Mothers and Babies, Colonel Light Gardens Sub Branch 5 years; Colonel Light Gardens Primary School Committee President 4 years. She served as a Justice of the Peace from 1962.
She was awarded a Life Membership of the RSL in 1968.
