Husband of Mavis Jean BLYTH of 37 Pulteney Street, Adelaide, SA.  Albert was educated at Norwood Public School and played football and tennis for Lefevres Team.  In civilian life he was a printer employed at the Modern Printing Company at Chancery Lane for many years and joined the AIF in June 1940.  Leaving Australia for the Middle East in February 1941, Albert saw service in Syria and returned to Australia in April 1942 and continued his service at home.
