Three brothers that served.
Fred Alver, Herbert, whom was known as "Mick" and William Norman, known as "Norm" served in WW2. 7th Division A.I.F.
All three signed up for service in 1940.
They served in campaigns in the Middle east and New Guinea.
Norm was discharged in 1944. (I believe on medical grounds)
His brothers then served together as part of the 7th Division's final campaign. "Operation Oboe", Borneo July 1945.
