Biography contributed by Sally Pridmore

On completion of his duties during WWII, H.B. Pridmore spent time working as Storeman at the Daws Road Military Hospital (now known as Daws Road Repat Hospital).

McLaren Vale Bowling Club (lawn bowls), located on the Main Road of McLaren Vale, is on land which was gifted to them by Hugh Bowen Pridmore and his wife, Mary Adele Pridmore.
