SX4663 F.T. Frost initially served with the 7th Division petrol Company.
At wars end he was serving with the 2/153 Australian workshops. 7th Div AIF.
He was transferred to that unit from the 2/153 Australian General Transport Coy.
Both 2/153 Workshops and 2/153 AGT served at Balikpapan.

SX4663 Fredrick Thomas Frost was an original member of the South Australian raised, 7th Div Petrol Company.
Captain T.C. Williamson formed the company, mid 1940, Adelaide.
The company served in the Middle East until disbandment.
F. T. Frost was transferred to the 2/5 coy, AASC 7th Division. 13/1/1942.
During service, he was transferred to other units of the 7th Div AASC.
Fredrick Thomas Frost's final posting was to the 2/153 Australian Workshops, 7th Div. AASC
He served in the Middle east, New Guinea and Borneo.
On the 12 August 1945, SX4663 F. T. Frost signed the Balikpapan Flag, with 57 others in Borneo.
17 of the signatories (including F. T. Frost) were original members of the South Australian, 7th Division Petrol Company.
