Cyril Murray LYDEAMORE was born on 5th August, 1917 at One Tree Hill in South Australia
His parents were David LYDEAMORE and Rose CROCKER
His name is memorialised on the Australia War Memorial & the Roll of Honour in Swan Reach, SA

Mr. and Mrs. D. Lydeamore, of Swan Reach, have been notified that their younger son, Private Cyril Murray Lydeamore, was killed in action on June 11. He was born at One Tree Hill 24 years ago and spent all his life in the Swan Reach district, attending the Netherleigh school. He was of a quiet disposition, and worked on his father's farm until he enlisted. He was rejected three times before being accepted for service with the A.I.F.
