Mrs. J. H. Fergus, Clinton avenue. St. Peters, wife of Lieut. J. H. Fergus, has been advised that her husband was killed on active service on September 23. Lieut. Ferzus left Australia in December. 1940, and gained his commission overseas in June this year. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. j. H. Fergus, of Glenelg.
