The Keith Henschke Story
Keith was born at Port Adelaide on the 14th Sep 1906 and was one of three brothers. As a young man he was a champion middle to long distance runner at the Adelaide Harriers Club. He was very successful, winning many events including cross country races.
After the war he was employed by General Motors Holden at Islington SA for a number of years.
In later years he was a caretaker of a city building in Adelaide.
He passed away on the 24th June 1989.
He is fondly remembered as warm & loving uncle.
