Leslie Howard COOPER was born on 30th September, 1902 in Mount Gambier, South Australia

His parents were John Edward COOPER & Emma JACOB

He married Hephzibah Hale SMART in Victoria on 23rd September, 1922

Leslie died in Kew, Victoria on 6th February,  1976
