Biography contributed by Paul Trevor

From serching the historical death records of New South Wale's Births, Deaths and Marriages I confirmed that 3053 Private Frederick Charles Dale was actually born Charles Frederick Dale, which is also supported by his burial records at Rookwood Cemetery and Crematoria, through period newspapers (Trove) with pre-enlistment articles and notations indicating required changes to his Attestation Paper and Service Record.
