Dennis St George Greaves OATES was born in Hyderabad,India on 11th November, 1920
His parents were Reginald Thomas OATES & Agnes Louise HOME who married on 25th April, 1900 in Madras, India
He married Beatrice Ethel Grace (Betty) COX on 29th October, 1947 in Hyderabad - two known children, George Reginald Greaves OATES & Ronald William Greaves OATES
Previous service:
He served in the Hyderabad Army in India from 1939 to 1951 and later came to Australia and enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force in Western Australia on 30th December, 1952
Dennis died from Illness in the British Military Hospital in Hong Kong on 10th July, 1959
His burial place is unknown
