Parents: - James Sword Arklay and Annette Florence Donavan married 16th May 1905 in Berringa, Victoria
Wife: -Phyllis May Marshall married 1941 in Victoria, of Geelong West, Victoria.
Cause of death: - Drowned whilst attempting to swim to shore from capsized dinghy at Darwin.
