His parents were Francis David BARCLAY & Emily Elizabeth CHRISTIAN

He enlisted in Launceston on 7th November, 1939 with the 2nd/33rd Infantry Battalion and was promoted to Lieutenant on 25th September, 1940

Graham was Killed in Action at Cirabaiwa, Papua on 13th September, 1942 & was buried at the Loribaiwa Ridge, Kagi, Nauro - exact location of his grave is unknown
