Detailed for operations (Bombing) in Lancaster PD.206, and took off from Hemswell at 1506 hours on the 29th December, 1944.

Nothing further has been heard of this aircraft, and it is presumed missing over the target Gelsencirchen (Germany) at approximately 1845 hours on 29th December, 1944.
