Son of the Revd. James Mollineaux Bayley and Selina Josephine Bayley; husband of Freda Bayley, of Toowoomba.
Sergeant Ewart Bayley was admitted to the Repatriation General Hospital at Greenslopes in Brisbane on 19th May 1947. He was placed on the seriously ill list on 24th May 1947 and he died of illness at 1445 hours on 2nd June 1947.
