PRISONER OF WAR'S DEATH
Advice received by Mr. J. Bazzo of Pomona, stated that his son, QX19172 Private James Vincent Bazzo, who had been a prisoner of war since the fall of Singapore, had died on May 20 1943 at a prison  camp. The cause of death is stated to have been cholera.

Survived by parents, sisters Bridget Donovan, Mary Craven, Vienna Cook Katie Sheaffe, Eleanor and Teresa and brothers Patrick, Andrew and Alexander Bazzo
