THOMAS COADY
As the result of war injuries Thomas Coady, of Obley, died in the District Hospital last week after an operation. The deceased, who was only 39 years of age, was one of the original Anzacs, and also went through the fighting in France. The sincere sympathy of the whole community goes out to his bereaved mother and brothers. The funeral took place at the Obley cemetery where the body was interred in Crowe, of Cumnock, reading the burial service. Shakepeare's carried out the funeral arrangements.
