Son of Robert and Bessie DONALD, Laura, Queensland
Mr. Charles Donald, of the Townsville Railway Department, has received advice that his brother, Private Harold Donald, has been reported missing since April 11. Private Donald, who was a son of Mr. and Mrs. R. Donald, of Laura, via Cooktown, enlisted at Cairns about eighteen months ago and had seen a good deal of service in France. He went right through the battle of Pozieres, where another brother was wounded. Private Donald had just passed his final examination as a surveyor, a week before his enlistment.
