Sergeant Jeffrey David Crosbie 436683 was killed when Number 18 (Netherlands East Indies) Squadron Mitchell Bomber N5-176 crashed during a low-level bombing exercise near Darwin, NT

The rest of crew were Dutch Air Force, all killed: Lieutenant Albert Anton Visser / Lieutenant R Bousche / Lieutenant R Fruin / Lieutenant Liem Yoe Hien / Sergeant J.F. Burghard
