Keith Gustave DAHL was born in Albert Park, Victoria on 28th October, 1923

His parents were Alexander Taylor DAHL & Ethel May NEWTON who married in Victoria in 1915

He died in Bougainville on 28th April, 1945 and was initially buried in the Barara Cemetery & re-interred in the Torakina Cemetery before being moved again to the Port Moresby (Bomana) Cemetery

"His duty nobly done - deep in our heart his memory is kept"

His brother Private Ronald Alex. DAHL (SN VX2082) of the AASC 6th Division also lost his life during WW2 (18th May, 1940)
