Flight Sergeant Dunstone 415774 of Number 5 Operational Training Unit was killed in the loss of Beaufighter aircraft A19-108 near Tumut in NSW
Pilot Officer Ralph Russel Davidson RAAF 411682 (021998) survived the incident and continued serving until he was discharged from the RAAF in August 1964 (Flight Lieutenant at HQMC)
