Warrant Officer Neale Eustace Evans 2281 (Armourer) of Air Force Headquarters became ill and died near Cape St George, New Ireland

Reported as “Missing as result of Enemy action” from Rabaul on the 5th of February 1942 - later changed to died of Illness

He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Rabaul Memorial
