Flight Lieutenant Dudley Tabor Everett 291966 was killed in the loss of Harvard trainer aircraft 2875 of the RCAF Central Flying School in Trenton, Ontario, Canada
In January 1941 then Flight Sergeant Everett was injured when Tiger Moth training aircraft A17-182 from 8EFTS crashed into a building at the Grong Grong advanced landing ground. The Pilot of the Tiger Moth Sergeant (Flying instructor) Smith 34110 was killed in that incident
