Son of Joseph Henry FAUST and Emily Anne nee DRAY, of Prosperpine, Queensland.

Whilst Prisoner of War Joseph was completing work on the Thai-Burma Railway and returning to Changi.  He was loaded aboard the RAYUO MAURU which was sunk by an American Submarine USS SEALION II.  400 died at sea.
