Flying Officer Fawcett 425292 of Number 10 Elementary Flying Training School was killed in the loss of Tiger Moth aircraft A17-435 north east of Temora Aerodrome in NSW - injured in the incident was LAC Stephen Charles Sneesby 433667 who was discharged from the RAAF in 1946
