Cpl. Follett died from injuries received when two military trucks brushed each other when passing by at a culvert on a narrow section of the Geraldton - Mullewa Rd. at Bringo, W.A.
Cpl. Follett was being transported with a section of men in the rear of the truck. He died in the ambulance en route to Mullewa hospital.
