"FOX.- May 11, 1945, Flying-officer Arthur Leonard Fox, killed in aircraft accident whilst on meteorological flight in Palestine, dearly beloved son of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. M. Fox, of Fairlight Street, Manly and brother of Ted (A.I.F.) and Douglas, and brother-in-law of Heather." - from the Sydney Morning Herald 26 May 1945 (nla.gov.au)
