Sergeant Thomas Press Fraser 413484 was killed in the loss of Avro Anson 6554 of Number 9 Air Observers School RCAF approximately 10 miles east of Cornwall (Lake Francis), Ontario, Canada
LAC Cook 414469 RAAF survived the incident and was discharged from the RAAF 13 Sep 1945
