Pilot Officer Harold George Frew 409826 of Number 1 Ferry Unit RAF based at Pershore was struck by an aircraft while he was crossing a runway at Gibraltar
He was buried at sea off Gibraltar and his name is commemorated on the Gibraltar Memorial
