Son of Maurice and Florence May Fulham, of Narrandera, New South Wales.
PTE. M. J. FULHAM
Pte. Maurice John Fulham, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. M. Fulham, of Narandera. died in the 112th A.G.H., Brisbane, on July 3 after a short Illness. A native of Boree Creek, Pte. Fulham was aged 27 years and 11 months, and had resided in Narandera the greater part of his life. For some years he was employed in the loco, department of the railway service, and a little over five years ago he resigned to go to New Zealand to work In the timber Industry. After spending two years in that industry, he returned to Australia three years ago to Join the A.I.F., In the work shops branch of which he served up to the time of his illness. He was home on leave last Christmas. His funeral, with full military honors, took place in the Lutwyche cemetery, Brisbane. His parents and brother, Gunner George Fulham, were able to attend the funeral. Mr. and Mrs. Fulham speak highly of the assistance given by both the military and railway authorities tn enable them to reach Brisbane in time to attend the funeral.
