Kelvin enjoyed playing both Cricket and Tennis.  In a letter of reference he was described as 'He has always been a trier in everything that he has undertaken and wa re sure that he will make a success of anything that he undertakes.  He has during his business career been calling on my firm and we have always found him courteous, efficient and honest in every way and we have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring his services.'
