Jack was born in Perth WA 8th Oct 1917, and prior to the war he was a farm labourer of Boyup Brook WA. He served with the 2nd/16th Inf Bn until he was wounded, and subsequently died of the wounds 13th June 1941. REst In Peace, Lest We Forget
