The death is reported from Queensland as a result of an aircraft accident on April 25 of Flight-Lieut. Charles Stanford Hill (RAAF), who was well and popularly known in Wagga where with his wife and two small children he resided for a time. Flight Lieut. Hill was always a keen aviator and before joining the RAAF flew his own plane in Queensland where he lived. His brother, Captain E.D. Hill is an ANA pilot. Flight-Lieut. Hill is survived by his wife and two children who live in Labrador, Southport, Qld. His parents Mr. and Mrs. E. Hill, of Rosevale, Syandra; and his sisters include Mrs. A.A. Armstrong of Deniliquin.
