Son of Frederick William HINCHLIFFE and Edith nee BROPHY, of Bouldercombe, Queensland, Australia.
HE GAVE OF HIS BEST. WE SHALL ALWAYS REMEMBER
Fred was held as a Prisoner of War for 3 years in Stalag 7A, Hungary. He was repatricated to England on 15th September 1944 and admitted to Chester Military Hospital, London.
