156026 LAC (Motor Boat Crew) George Wilson HOLMES RAAF (of No.112 Air-Sea Rescue Flight, RAAF), was fatally injured in a Motor Accident within the Camp Area (Darwin, N.T.), on 27 March, 1946. He was buried the following day at the Adelaide River War Cemetery. LINK (www.rafcommands.com)
