Son of George ISBEL and Kathleen nee WAYE, of Prosperine, Queensland.
Cecil died of Malaria during the 1st Sandakan Death March.
ISBEL.—In Loving Memory of PTE. CECIL ERNEST ISBEL, who died as a result of Malaria whilst a Prisoner of War at Ranau Camp, Borneo, on 25th March, 1945.
