Vivian Lugton JACKMAN was born in Fairfield in Victoria on 14th September, 1917

His parents were Vivian Sylvester JACKMAN & Dorothea Morecombe LUGTON who married in Victoria in 1915

He married Raie Eason STONEHAM in Toorak Presbyterian Church in Victoria in 1943
