Brother of Edgar George Fox who returned to Australia on 15 May 1919 having served with the 10th Battalion; Catherine Ellen Fox, Lulu Lillian Fox and Rita Fox

Commenced return to Australia on 31 March 1919 aboard Khyber as invalid disembarking on the 9 May 1919

On 16 July 1920 Cyril married Ethel Smith in the Registry Office, Adelaide,
