Husband of Ruby O'Neill nee Dean of  'Romsey', Murray Street, Artarmon, NSW. Frank and Ruby married during 1912c in Woollahra, NSW

Commenced return to Australia on 6 July 1919 aboard HT Boorara disembarking on 26 August 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Sydney.

Post war Frank entered into politics with the Labor party.
