Born 2 April 1918 Windsor, Victoria. Son of Clifton Hyman JOSEPH & Vera Rachael née HARRIS, of 17 Cheel Street, Armadale.
Brother LAC Harold Walter Harris JOSEPH, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, killed in England on 17 December 1940, aged 24.
