Sergeant William Kendall 420209 (Instructor) was killed when Cessna T-50 Crane training aircraft 8098 from Number 12 Service Flying Training School (12 SFTS) at RCAF Base Brandon crashed near the Brandon aerodrome (Manitoba, Canada)
Also killed were LAC Thomas Frampton Osborne 421392 RNZAF and LAC Raymond Thomas Ingley 421512 RNZAF
