Sylvester Stuart Lyndhurst LA FRENTZ was born in Brisbane, Queensland on 1st April, 1921
His parents were William Henry LA FRENTZ & Helena HOGG - he was their only child
He enlisted in Brisbane on 20th June 1942 with the Royal Australian Air Force - last Rank was a Flight Sergeant with the 27 Operational Training (RAF)
He died in a Flying Battle in Essex, England during Air Operations on 6th November, 1943 as an Observer on a Wellington Mark III, X3637 - he is buried in Brookwood Military Cemetery
His name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial and the Roll of Honour in Brisbane
Stuarts Uncle, Hugh Dixon HOGG (SN QX4801) also served in WW2 last posting was 13th Australian Field Ambulance - he was discharged in 1945
